Ulcer
This is a stomach related disease causing pain in the abdominal tract and makes it difficult to eat and digest. Ulcer usually occurs in two places. Either it occurs in the intestine or it would be the gastric ulcer in the stomach. Usually a type of bacteria causes this Ulcer. Acids are synthesized in the stomach. Sometimes too much acid is secreted and this may damage the lining of the digestive tract. If you have stress, it aggravates the pain and simulates ulcer. Also continuous use of pain killers and mediaction taken over a long period will cause ulcers. So to identify if you have ulcer check if you have lost a chunk of weight recently. Also if you have pain while eating or drinking and feel like vomiting these could be symptoms of ulcer. Usually the stomach pain gets worse in the night and wakes you up in the middle of the night. To manage your lifestyle with ulcer, avoid alcohol, smoking and spicy food. Sometimes Ulcer may get severe and the signs seen are blood in your vomit and make you feel dizzy throughout the day. Also you will have blood in your stools. You will have back pain and worse it never subsides even after taking your medicines. This means it is high time you consult your physician and take the right course.
